Welcome to the world of M-Brace
After 25 years of working for four different companies in the UK and Cyprus, I felt it was time to establish my own business - a decision that felt completely natural. Driven by my passion for learning, I founded M-Brace Ltd, a company dedicated to offering top-tier leadership training, coaching and coaching supervision services.
I am a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level and a Coach Supervisor, , the FIRST EMCC Global Accredited Coach Supervisor in Cyprus! Leveraging my unique skill set and finance background as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW member), I have actively contributed to seminar design and delivery, as well as coaching engagements, across various sectors. These include prestigious European Institutions, Banking, Retail, Shipping, Insurance, Finance and NGOs. With over two decades of training experience, I have delivered seminars globally, immersing myself in diverse cultures and environments.
This global exposure has given me a rich multicultural perspective, which I integrate into my training and coaching sessions. Among the seminars I expertly deliver as a Cy-HRDA approved trainer, are "Leadership Skills", "The Art of Communication", “Coaching skills for Managers”, "Presenting with Impact", “Storytelling Skills”, "Negotiation Skills", "Stress and Time Management", “Accounting for non-accountants” etc. I have delivered training for Professional Accountancy bodies (ICAEW and ACCA) for many years in London and Cyprus. As Client Learning Lead at PwC’s Academy Cyprus and part of the team for over 13 years, I have gained extensive experience working with diverse setups and clients. Working closely with Master Coach Dr Lise Lewis for the delivery of the “Diploma of Professional Coaches and Mentors” is definitely a highlight of my journey. Through my knowledge and enthusiasm, I empower individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.
Living in Cyprus, I enjoy the island life, and my favourite pastime is walking and reading by the beach. I also love traveling and am a keen street photographer. With a massive portfolio of photographs, I primarily use my own in designing slide decks and exercises.

Our training programmes are led by our Founder, Marilena Shakalli Maroudia, and other expert associates, all dedicated to delivering excellence in learning. Marilena combines a solid finance background with a profound understanding of essential business skills, offering a learning experience that is both comprehensive and enriching. Our trainers are approved by the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (Cy-HRDA), allowing clients in Cyprus to apply for HRDA subsidy for their in-house seminars.
All our seminars are accredited for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) purposes. Our Founder, Marilena Shakalli Maroudia, proudly holds the Diploma in Coach & Mentor Supervision from Bluesky International and has been officially accredited as an EMCC Global Coach & Mentor Supervisor (ESIA). She is deeply honoured to be the FIRST Accredited Coach Supervisor in Cyprus!
In addition to her paying clients, Marilena voluntarily supervises coaches worldwide from “Médecins Sans Frontières” and EMCC Cyprus Coaches participating in the "Solidarity Coaching initiative". She also serves as the sole supervisor for 25 mentors nominated by the CFO committee of the Institute of Chartered Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) prestigious Mentors Programme.

EMCC requires Accredited Coaches (and those in the process of becoming accredited) to attend 1 hour of supervision per quarter of practice (1 hour of supervision for every 35 hours of practice for Senior Practitioners). Comply with EMCC (or other professional bodies’ requirements) and embrace your development by attending supervision sessions with M-Brace.
